Wednesday, May 9, 2018, DOVER, Ohio: Looking for a great, low-cost program for your kids this summer?
Check out the “SuperKids Nutrition” sessions being presented in June and July by the Community Health and Wellness staff and dietitians at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.
Children will learn to eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans, and learn fun tips to stay active.
The hospital will offer a session on June 12, 19 and 26 for kids entering grades 2-5, and then again on July 10, 17 and 24 for students entering grades 6-8. The sessions will be held at the hospital from 10 to 11:15 a.m. each day and cost only $10 each (maximum $20 per family).

The SuperKids Nutrition program is part of the American Institute of Cancer Research “Healthy Kids Today Means Less Cancer Tomorrow” campaign. Participating children will learn about the protective and healing power of whole foods, as well as try new and novel foods, and even help prepare and eat delicious healthy treats.
