Join us each month for Plant Based deliciousness. Graduates and participants of the Plant Strong Union Hospital classes (and anyone interested) gather and share dishes, recipes, and support for adopting and maintaining a low fat whole food plant based diet. It is free to attend, but you must RSVP. We ask that foods shared be animal free (no meat, cheese, fish, eggs or dairy). Bring a copy of the recipe (we will share them online). Contact Mary Marshall, BSN, RN to rsvp or if you have questions about your recipe.
Dates: Usually the 3rd Monday of the Month (some changes d/t holidays). 6pm at Union Hospital (Toomey Conference Room usually)
