Teens interested in learning about a variety of medical careers are invited to attend this two-day career camp, open to freshman through senior high school students!
Camp opens Friday, Nov. 18 at 5:45 p.m.
Friday's program will introduce students to the types of healthcareer careers they will learn about and provide them with some hands-on activities of the health care professional.
On Saturday, Camp swings into action at 8 a.m. (ends at 2:30 p.m.) with visits to four patient care areas of the hospital followed by four different scenarios of patient care from start to finish where the many disciplines interact collaboratively.
Refreshments are provided Friday evening. Breakfast and lunch are provided on Saturday.
UH TECH Career Camp is limited to 60 students.. |
