| This is a comprehensive blood profile and blood pressure check. Tests for cholesterol, diabetes, anemia, thyroid, liver and kidney function are all included for a fee of $35.00. An optional PSA screening for males is available for an additional $15.00. If you do not want the PSA please choose NO in the options menu.
