Healthy Employees are Good for Business

Most employers have taken steps to increase efficiency and eliminate waste from their health care and benefits programs. Now that short-term solutions have been adopted many employers have embraced employee wellness programs as part of their strategy to manage and control future health care costs.

The Union Hospital Workplace Wellness program was created in response to the expressed needs of employers in the community. The design of our programs has been guided by the companies we have served over the past several years. This year UH Workplace Wellness programs will reach more than 2,000 local employees at some of our largest manufacturing plants and smaller business offices.
