Union Hospital reaches out to people of all ages through our Community Health and Wellness Programs. Every year, thousands of people have a health screening, learn about an important health concern from a UH physician or take part in a family fitness event
New in 2012: Community Walking Program
Everybody who is walking for health and fitness is invited to become a part of our new Community Walking Program. You can be a member no matter where you walk or how often. This program brings some helpful structure to your personal walking program, sets some reasonable goals, and offers support and rewards for reaching those goals.
