Tim has been a Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Radiographic Technologist since 1993 and with Union Hospital since 1998 where he was instrumental in the startup of our Interventional Radiology procedure lab. He is a graduate of Timken Mercy School of Radiology and the University of Virginia Medical Center School of Cardiovascular Interventional Radiographic Technology. He is a member of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the Association of Vascular Interventional Radiographers.

Bill has been a Registered Radiology Technologist since 1996. He is a graduate of Timken Mercy School of Radiology and has been with Union Hospital since 1997 and a member of the Interventional Radiology department since 1999. He has served as a Diagnostic Radiology clinical instructor. Bill is a member of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Amy is a graduate of Muskingum Area Technical Collage with an Associate Degree in Allied Health and a Registered Radiology Technologist since 1997. She has been with Union Hospital since 1997 and joined the Interventional Radiology department in 1999. Amy is a member of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Diane K. Glazer, RN
Diane has been a Registered Nurse since 1985. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Kent State University and has been with Union Hospital since 1990. She has 14 years of critical care experience and served as ICU Resource Nurse prior to joining the Interventional Radiology Department in 2003. Diane is certified and serves as an instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She currently resides with her family in Gnadenhutten.
LeeAnne Hawthorne, RN
LeeAnne has been a Registered Nurse since 1993. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Kent State University. She has been with Union Hospital since 2006, and brings experience as supervisor in a long term nursing care facility. She was a Travel nurse for 5 years working in critical care units throughout the country. LeeAnne joined the Interventional Radiology Department in 2006. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and holds a certification with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She currently resides in Dover.

Beth has been a Registered Nurse since 1979. She holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Kent State University. She has been with Union Hospital since 1978. She has 20 years of critical care experience prior to joining the Interventional Radiology Department in 1998. Beth is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and holds dual certifications with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Board of Cardiovascular Nursing Practice.
