The pharmacist is a key partner in the patient care team. Union Hospital pharmacists work alongside the physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other professional caregivers to plan and carry out the patient’s plan of care.
As a convenience for our home-going inpatients, your physician-prescribed medications can be filled and delivered to the patient's room before discharge.

The Outpatient Pharmacy offers the convenience of filling patient prescriptions while the patient is here for an appointment or prior to their discharge home. We can fill prescriptions given to discharged inpatients, and those from the Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery/Endoscopy, the Pain Clinic, Wound Healing Center, Regional Cancer Center, and patients of the UPS group of primary care and specialist physicians. Most insurance plans are accepted for payment.
In addition to prescription medication, the Outpatient Pharmacy offers a wide variety of over-the-counter health and wellness products. Our pharmacists are here to provide you with answers to all your prescriptions and medication questions.
