The Behavioral Health Center at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital meets the needs of adult residents who may be dealing with a full range of challenges from daily stress and depression to anxiety, PTSD, or personality disorders. Our professional staff will evaluate each person's unique struggles and design an individualized recovery process plan.

The UH Behavioral Health Center staff is comprised of a psychiatrist and a team that consists of a registered nurse and therapists, all of whom have experience with psychiatric evaluation; group, individual and family therapy; symptom and medication management; and education for nutrition, wellness and life skills.

Self-Referral Checklist

  • Are you experiencing sleep issues, sadness, lack of energy, loss of interest in daily activities, depressed moods?
  • Do you feel hopeless, lost or debilitated by these symptoms?
  • Do you believe that you would benefit from a psychiatric evaluation and medication management from a physician?
  • Can you commit to 9 hours per week of treatment (depending on need) for two to three weeks?

If you answered "Yes" to these questions, please call us at (330) 308-3700. We can typically schedule patients for a same-day assessment and arrange for a psychiatrist visit within 48 hours.
